No longer working

Some documentation as to spreadsheet requirements and PDF requirements would be helpful.

Program has been working fine until now. I then modified my PDF to add an additional field and . . . wham . . . press the merge button and nothing.

I don't even know how to describe the problem better than that.

I copied my data to a clean worksheet with no formulas. Still nothing after pressing "merge." I'm sorry, but I just don't understand why it isn't working. All fields are text fields, all field names match the column names in the first row, there are no formulas and no fields other than text fields.

I even tried to see if it might be a filename length limitation but no joy.

Is the software no longer supported?
